Wendy Franz is a self taught Canadian artist residing in the West Kootenay Region of British Columbia, known for her wildlife paintings.
Growing up in Kootenay’s, Wendy developed a deep appreciation for nature and the wildlife around her, which can be seen throughout her artwork. Her work captures the passion for both art and the beauty of the world around us.
Working primarily in acrylics, Wendy is also know to dabble in other mediums including mixed media, acrylic pouring, colour pencil and watercolour, just to name a few. She loves to learn and try new mediums whenever she has chance.
